At least 62 years of age; or, Permanently disabled receiving Social Security benefits regardless of age.
Preferences Given for the Following:
Honorable Discharge from Active Duty Veteran Status
Live or Work in Middletown, NJ
Live or Work in Monmouth County, NJ
Income Limits
1 person - $68,500 2 persons - $78,250 3 persons - $88,050
Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis and added to the existing waiting list.
