About Us

The Housing Authority of the Township of Middletown (the Authority) was organized in September 1970. The Authority manages two high-rise senior citizen developments; Daniel Towers, One Oakdale Drive, Middletown, NJ, a 100 unit six story building, and Alice V. Tomaso Plaza, Two Oakdale Drive, Middletown, NJ, a 152 unit six story building.

The Authority also manages a Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) currently serving 260 families.

Operational funds are provided through an Annual Contributions Contract (ACC) between the Authority and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
