Housing Programs

The Authority manages two high-rise developments for Senior and/or Disabled individuals; Daniel Towers, One Oakdale Drive, Middletown, NJ, a 100 unit six story building, and Alice V. Tomaso Plaza, Two Oakdale Drive, Middletown, NJ, a 152 unit six story building.

The Authority also manages a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program currently serving a maximum of 260 families.
